We ensure that our products are free from all the nasties that pollute our water, risk our workers health and can damage your skin. To put it simply – we are chemical free. We ensure toxins are kept out of our supply chain and very far away from your skin. By using organic materials, natural fibres and non-toxic dyes, both our customers and workers stay safe and protected. At Foofy, we are obsessed with clean clothing, and we’re sure you are too!

Organic cotton is great! We love it. It has so many earth-conscious benefits and that’s why we proudly create clothing from it. But we want to do more. We’re constantly researching and developing to find the best sustainable fabrics for our garments. Ones that are purposeful, safe and eco-friendly. When you choose a Foofy garment, you’re getting a product that was inspired by the planet but designed for you.

The best way to reduce waste, is to reuse it! We are big believers in there’s no better way to cut down the environmental impact of production than to reuse what’s already been produced. Certain materials, trimmings and packaging we use are proudly from recycled sources and are recyclable (which we strongly encourage you to do!). We also collect all of the cutting scraps from our factories and incorporate them into new products to ensure our waste is kept at a minimum.

Natural is literally our favourite word! Natural, chemical-free and Earth-loving is how we describe our products (and ourselves). We only want to produce items using natural fibres that give back to the Earth, instead of only taking from it. All our materials product significantly less carbon, use less water and are pesticide free. We’ve eliminated plastic in all our labels and trimmings because who doesn’t love turtles. And if we ever have to use synthetic fibres, of course they’re both recycle and recyclable.

We aren’t just looking to make our customers happy, we want everyone to be happy. Happy, safe and treated with respect. We strictly only work with factories that create safe, comfortable and fair working environments. Factories that pay a fair wage and ensure all labour laws and human rights are adhered to no matter what. We want everyone who works with Foofy or purchases Foofy to be treated with respect and kindness. We aren’t kidding when we say we want to be better.
